The hotel had a good eclectic decor that really
Captured the essence of San Miguel de Allende. I loved the charming back garden full of murals and plants. The only downside was the steep street leading up to the hotel, which might be a concern for those with mobility issues.

Our favourite, family-run hotel in San Miguel de Allende with amazing staff. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Excellent location in Protective Town of San Miguel district just off the restaurant. Also, in the middle of jackson.

Staying here was a delight, especially given how close it was to local attractions like the church and various restaurants. The attention from the staff was amazing. I vividly remember a gentleman who offered to bring hot water to my room at an unreasonably early hour, which showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The room was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable setting. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the charming terrace where I could soak in the view. A perfect spot for solo travelers seeking a peaceful stay.

Magnificent location in the middle of the city was a plus. Tried some takeout specials at Lakeport Fish & chips, luckily it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue...

Rooms provide a unique space with distinct settings, giving a personalized feel to your stay. The rooftop restaurant adds an interesting touch, although it may feel a bit brisk at times.
The family suite was misrepresented. Expected a separate living area, but only received a separate bathroom. The lack of windows made the room cold and uninviting.

Some rooms lack windows and can be quite cold!!! Steep, narrow stairs may annoy those carrying luggage!!! Parking is limited around the area, which adds inconvenience!!!

The accommodations were basic yet clean, with a ceiling fan and a stand fan that kept the room comfortable. The hotel provides easy check-in and check-out, and the location is conveniently just a short walk from el jardín. I appreciated the lovely rooftop patio offering nice views for relaxation.
The steep street access may pose challenges for those with mobility issues.

Charming stay with a rooftop restaurant offering amazing views and good meals, especially the Indonesian dishes. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Some aspects could be improved, as the terrace seating occasionally felt cramped, and parking was somewhat limited.

Recommended for folks who want a cozy stay
The staff was super nice! One guy even offered to bring me hot water at 4:45am for my coffee, I mean that says a lot about customer service! And the location, it's just a few minutes away from shops and cafes! That made it easy for me to explore the area. The room was cozy too, I had a nice ceiling fan and was able to relax after a long day out.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.
